Description
An excellent original stereo pressing with a side logo rainbow label of The Magic Bow, Capitol SP 8510. Michael Rabin performs Kreisler's Caprice Viennois, Dinicu-Heifetz' Hora Staccato, Massenet's Meditation from Thais, Sarasate's Zigeunerweisen, Paganini-Kreisler's Moto Perpetuo, Kreisler's The Old Refrain, Rimsky-Korsakov-Heifetz' The Flight of the Bumble Bee, and Saint-Saens' Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso.
The jacket is only good. There is an area in the lower right hand corner of the jacket which has suffered some sort of tear or other damage. A piece about an inch in diameter is missing. The jacket also shows some ringwear on the back. The record is very nice. It plays beautifully with a few random soft tics on side 2 near the beginning, around the middle and toward the end which are barely noticeable. I rate the record EX+. A stunning record.
I try to grade records accurately. Most records are play graded. All records are inspected visually under a very bright light.
Quoted shipping in the domestic U.S. is by Media Mail. Quoted international shipping is by USPS first class international mail. Heavier packages must be shipped by USPS International Priority mail. I prefer to combine shipping to save costs. All shipping will be quoted at the end of the listing(s). Records are shipped in heavy cardboard mailers designed specifically for LP's with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts for protection.
If you feel that my description of the record is inaccurate in some respect, you can return the record for a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).
If you want a record held for future shipping, please email me so I know that is your intention. I prefer that you pay for the record at the time of purchase since ebay charges me at the time the sale closes.
If you have any questions about the record, please ask them before the auction closes. I will assume that all bidders know what they are bidding on and I will not accept returns becuase the buyer bid by mistake etc.
