Description
THE KINKS long tall sally/I took my baby home. Very rare early first, ORIGINAL 7-inch single, released in 1964, on the PYE records label, catalogue number 7N. 15611. Record comes with the original record company record sleeve. Record labels are very good, with all the print nice and clear. Spindle holes indicate moderate playing with some spindle hole wear evident on the A-side (see scans). The playing surface is 99% clean and free from marks. The A-side display’s some record edge wear (small hairline surface scuff types) and a few very small and very light hairline surface scuffs types. The B-side display’s three small surface scuff marks (and a larger one in the run-off matrix groove area, there are also a few very light tiny hairline surface marks visible when held in the light. The record has been play graded and plays excellent on the A-side. There are some light crackles and a light click on the run-in groove on the B-side, before the music starts, the rest of the B-side plays excellent.
