- LP is in Very Good+ condition and plays with no issues
-Cover is in Good condition (see photos)  
     - There is residue from a sticker on the upper right corner of the front cover      - There is wear and damage to the cover spine      - There is wear to the cover edges
- Stored in a temperature controlled, non- smoking room
