Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my pop and progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare German 1st pressing of The Kinks – I’m a Lover not a Fighter b/w Beautiful Delilah on the Pye / Vogue label with cat. no. DV 14331 with PICTURE SLEEVE.
The record is in EX condition, there are a few non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are in EX+ condition, there is only very slight handling along the single adaptor hole.
The original “Girl” picture sleeve is in EX condition, there is only a small crease on the left side on the front and a removable triangular single hole adaptor has left three tiny marks in the middle on each of the cover. Besides theses mentioned tiny imperfections, this cover looks almost new!
This is an extremely rare German only Kinks single with unique picture sleeve in absolute fabulous condition. Just how many have survived in this pristine shape? Most of these beat singles went to a lot of parties and were completely worn out. But this copy survived, a real must have for all Kinks and / or 1960’s beat collectors!
