CONDITION REPORT & PHOTO GALLERY AUDIO At least EXCELLENT; this has been completely play graded from start to finish at volume and both sides played through wonderfully without jumping or sticking. The clarity of the audio was superb throughout; bright and crisp without a hint of distortion.
There was just a touch of low level surface noise here and there, but this was only really noticeable between tracks and certainly never over the music. Occasional isolated clicks but no loud pops at all.
The audio was great throughout; a very enjoyable listen indeed.
VINYL (VISUAL): EXCELLENT(+); the heavyweight vinyl has retained a lovely shine and apart from one very light superficial mark to side 2, the surfaces look virtually unmarked under natural daylight. Bright light revealed just minimal light wispy sleeve removal type marks. The record looks great and has clearly been well cared for.
Both labels look nice; bright and clean with no tears, scuffs or writing. Just some spindle marking consistent with the record having been played + a light mark along part of the rim on each side.
SLEEVE: EX/EXCELLENT(+); the front laminated sleeve is a super example with just minor faults. The front is bright and clean and grades as Near Mint in itself. The rear is still pretty white and suffers only from some very light storage marks and some isolated discolouration (see photos).
The flipbacks are all clean and undamaged and the spine perfect with all text still clearly legible. Looks wonderful overall.

PAYMENT & CHECKOUT
Please remember that your bid is binding.
I reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers whose previous feedback ratings are poor.

GRADING

Unless otherwise stated, all of my records have been play tested before listing using a Rega P3-24 turntable with Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge & stylus. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself.

Please take confidence from the fact that I have been a collector myself for over 20 years (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know only too well how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.

I also grade visually using a strong halogen lamp.

I use the Record Collector grading system as shown below.

POSTAGE / SHIPPING

I post worldwide and pack all records in custom made (stiff) card mailers and add extra packaging inside to ensure a safe delivery. I will provide a protective polythene sleeve and the record and inner will be removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. I want your record to get to you in the condition that it was when it left me.

For any records that come with printed inner sleeves, I will also provide an additional plain inner.

As a general rule, shipping will be discounted ie. I lose money on the costs of buying my packaging. I do not profit from this; please remember that my costs are not simply those shown on the stamp!

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
