Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my rare Beatles, Beatles Related and Rolling Stones records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first 1966 U.K. STEREO EXPORT pressing of The Kinks – Face to Face on the Pye label, cat. no. NSPL 18149.
The record is in VG to VG+ condition, there are some non – sounding hairlines and a couple non-sounding surface marks. I have test played this record and plays through very well with only some background noise inbetween the tracks and some occasional pops and clicks. The labels are in VG++ condition, there are some spindle marks and there is a very slight wear around the spindle hole on both sides.
The cover is in VG+ condition, the opening edge on the front has a small rough spot, there are a couple small creases and a couple (coffee?) stains on the back and the stereo sticker has been removed, leaving a sort of glue stain over the NPL text on the back. Further this cover still looks very presentable, there is no other damage than mentioned above.
Although this record is not in dream Mint condition, this EXPORT copy of the Kinks’ Face to Face album is extremely rare and only pressed in very limited quantities. Besides that, the stereo mix of Face to Face was not available in Great Britainback in 1966. This is a unique chance to complete your Kinks collection! Happy Bidding!

Within the European Union, the postage costs are £ 8.75, outside the E.U. £ 15.00 (sorry, but postage rates in the Netherlandsare very high). Payment within 7 days after the auction has ended.
