Description

Here for sale is the VERY RARE 78 rpm SINGLE by THE JAYHAWKS titled * STRANDED IN THE JUNGLE * c/w * MY ONLY DARLING *. This is an ORIGINAL UK 1st PRESSING  released on the RED and SILVER PARLOPHONE RECORD LABEL in 1956 catalogue No: R.4228. (48 YEARS OLD) I doubt if you will get many chances to find this again especially in this FANTASTIC CONDITION, I grade this as NEAR MINT!!!!!   (SEE PHOTOS WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET) ABSOLUTELY NO SCRATCHES. Please go to SELLERS OTHER ITEMS as  I have a selection of VALUABLE RARE RECORDS ON EBAY at the moment and nearly always start with a LOW PRICE with NO RESERVE!!!!. However the 78 market is a bit more specialised and I can't give records away so I have to start at a reasonable price. For GRADING PURPOSES as well as VISUALLY CHECKING,  I played this on a GARRARD SP25 with a SHURE M78S cartridge and it sounds great.  I take great care when packing records for mailing and use proper CARD MAILERS with STIFFENERS.  Please Check my FEEDBACK and BID with CONFIDENCE.
