This is an auction for a rare and highly sought after SIGNED / AUTOGRAPHED LP by The Jam

 

The Jam autographs. Probably the best and most collectable new wave / mod band of the late 1970s early 80s.

 

Here is an extremely rare item. A 1977 “In The City” album.

The LP label is signed by all tne members of the band (Paul Weller, Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler).

 

The item was bought by myself at a record fair in Glasgow around twenty years ago, sold to them by the original owner who worked at Radio Clyde.

 

It was signed and dedicated to the member of Radio Clyde’s backroom team (Alan) after the band has been interviewed by Radio Clyde as part of a nationwide promotion of the new album (The album was released on the 1st May 1977 and the LP was signed on the 5th May 1977)

 

This must be one of the earliest signed items by The Jam. An extremely rare piece of memorabilia.

 

These are GENUINE signatures, and NOT a preprint. 

 

I can assure you they came from a reliable source mentioned above.
