Description
THE JAMAICANS/TOMMY McCOOK, BABA BOOM/REAL COOL, UK TREASURE ISLE 45/1967/REGGAE
The Jamaicans / Tommy McCook and The SupersonicsSide 1: The Jamaicans with Tommy McCook and The Supersonics – Baba Boom Side 2: Tommy McCook and The Supersonics – Real Cool
I have graded this record as good because although it has a lot of visible marks and doesn’t visually look great it plays a lot better than it looks. See description below.
The single is on Treasure Isle Records, TI-7012. Matrix side one: TI 7012 A. Matrix side two: TI 7012 B.
Released in 1967. UK pressing.
See photos for more info.
Condition: (as Record Collector's grading system)
Vinyl side 1: good (has a lot of noticable marks and plays with some background crackle and the odd light click here and there but nothing that spoils your enjoyment of the music, plays with no jumps or sticks).
Vinyl side 2: good (has a lot of noticable marks and plays with some background crackle and the odd light click here and there but nothing that spoils your enjoyment of the music, plays with no jumps or sticks).
Comes in a plain white sleeve.
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.
Any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler. Payment strictly by PayPal only. Postal discounts available for multiple purchases - Please email for details. 804 (GS 7.0.8 (804))
