Orginal 1968 release with matt Purple/Magenta Atlantic label.
Label also states Polydor Records Limited on the label, and under license from Atlantic Recording Corpn., U.S.A
Recorded on November 27 and 30, 1967 at Webster Hall by Paul Goodman
