PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
I have to admit to being somewhat spoiled as a collector here in Chicago, with a veritable embarrassment of musical riches from decades past lurking in the city's basements, attics, crawlspaces, garages and warehouses. Every once in while, though, even after 40+ years of collecting, I come across something that makes even MY jaw drop. Case in point, this 45 I recently uncovered, an original 1966 private white label promotional first pressing of The Ides Of March's You Wouldn't Listen (credited quaintly to The I'Des Of March!), their only single on the massively collectible Harlequin label, who managed a grand total of five 45s in their short lifespan including one (You Lied To Me Before by The Treez) that I've been searching for for 25+ years. Anyone interested in selling one please get in touch. Vinyl is a gorgeous VG++/NM-. Insanely rare and simply impossible to find in this state so don't sleep garage fuzz collectors. Not a single copy anywhere on Discogs. THAT'S how you know it's rare. You will not be disappointed. Good luck finding another one in this condition.

GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
