Culled from a collection from the Rio Grande Valley region of Texas, this McAllen, Tx group churned out some of the best fuzzed out garage punk stompers and this single is no exception! Under 10 known copies are said to exist --- Deemed by the G45 crew as #60 on the G100 (top 100 rarest 60s garage rock singles) due to the quality and scarcity --- Offered up only once before on eBay 8 years ago -- it could be your last chance to see this one ---- Don't Miss Out!!!

CONDITION
Vinyl is in VG/VG- (low end Very Good/ bordering VG Minus) visual grade condition with several mostly surface scratches and scuffs.
The labels have writing by prior owner on both sides. There is a piece of masking tape with name written on it on "Wish She Were Mine" side.
Plays overall well with some light surface noise heard in portions.

There is some writing on the labels from the prior owner.
45 will be packed well with proper packing materials, an additional new sleeve and a new polysleeve for protection
