THE GROUNDHOGS thank Christ for the bomb LIBERTY LP Textured sleeve Blue Labels LBS 83295!

 

Original UK LP released with Textured gatefold sleeve, comes with the original paper/poly lined inner sleeve, released in 1970 on LIBERTY label. Catalogue number: LBS 83295 (Blue labels).

 

Matrix Numbers Read:

A-side: LBS 83295 A v 1 1 ? 1

B-side: LBS 83295 B  1 v 1 1 ? (? doesn't look numerical)

 

Sleeve: VERY GOOD CONDITION

Overall a VERY GOOD solid sleeve, displaying some sleeve wear: Middle sleeve is EXCELLENT in appearance, with a hint of soiling along the top edge, front sleeve has some small light soiling marks, near the top left hand corner and near the front and back spine's edge. There are two small front sleeve rubs near the spine's edge where the sleeve print has been lightly affected, some light spine edge wear evident near the top, all spine print is clear and legible, some slight/light superficial sleeve creasing on/along near to the back sleeve record insert edge. There are no rips/tears, no major edge wear, no seem splits and no deep sleeve creases. Inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition, small penned artist/title name on top left hand corner and some slight browning/soiling (aging) evident.

 

Record: VERY GOOD+ CONDITION (*Plays mostly EXCELLENT)

Record labels are EXCELLENT, clean with no damage (some slight discolouring label marks when angled in light), some spindle hole markings on both sides indicating lightly played. Playing surfaces and matrix areas displays full original glossy sheen. There are no immediate visible surface scuffs/marks, however there are some small ultra-light fine line/hairline surface scuffs which only show up when angled and closely viewed under a strong bright light. *Both sides play mostly EXCELLENT emitting a good clean sound. Some slight minor background surface noise and a few minor low level clicks on a few tracks, however this only slight, occasional and not consistent throughout play.
