Description

Used VG/VG+ condition 7"

The picture sleeve, while it hasn't got any Germs Burns, did not come from any non-smoking punk home, it's off white (should be easy to tell in the picture, the label's white) and plus there's a stain where a price tag's been removed. This is the first version of the sleeve, on the back it has "For extra copies send one dollar to..." etc. 

THE GERMS "Forming" b/w The Germs Live ("Sex Boy")

2nd pressing vinyl ("45 RPM" label) from 1977, one thousand copies made.

This one is missing the insert but it has a copy, which has been stamped "copy" on the back.

Vinyl is still in VG/VG+ condition, plays through with only slight surface noise, I'll add an mp3 very soon.
