Fantastic funky easy listening -- put together by a hip group spearheaded by maestro Nick Ingman, and featuring Brit easy legend Alan Hawkshaw on keyboards! Nick himself plays moog and a host of flutes -- and the sound's got slight jazzy touches, tight funky moments, and a sophisticated approach, working in a gentle small combo mode that also includes drums by Brian Bennett and flugelhorn from the great Kenny Wheeler.
Vinyl Condition:
Visually the vinyl has a nice glossy sheen and looks excellent, and has very little signs of play apart from a very small light scuff mark on side one, the labels are nice and clean, there are no spindle hole marks, which is as crisp as a new lp.The record lies nice and flat and has been play tested both sides.There's a bit of very, very light surface noise during quieter passages but nothing that was probably not there back in 1973. A few pops and clicks aside this sounds in fabulous shape.
Sleeve:
The laminated sleeve is in very good condition.The spine looks all intact, small scribble mark on the back and laminate is lifting and creasing in places. Please see photos.
