THE GATURS "WASTED c/w GATOR BAIT" 1971 GATUR 510 US 7" - ULTRA RARE VG PLUS CONDITION
Rarer than Rocking Horse shit is this ORIGINAL (not re-press or bootleg) from 1971, from my own personal record collection and originally bought by me back in the mid-80s. Since then it's been housed in a plastic-lined cardboard sleeve and there isn't a mark on the vinyl apart from one small, inherent in the actual vinyl, imperfection which does not sound or effect play in any way whatsoever - no doubt, recycled vinyl was used for this mega rare, local release outta New Orleans! Two sides of unsurpassed, accessible, danceable Funk!
I have no hesitation in grading this platter as VERY GOOD PLUS, I reckon it's the closest you'll get to a mint copy after almost 50 years and if you're a vinyl collector I bet you've bought "new" vinyl in the past in worse condition that this little beauty!! (Note: the mark in the photo is not on the disc but a shadow effect from my manky camera - see pictures of the other 7's I have for sale - same "mark" in the same place!)
