Description

This is something you may never see again! The Gants first album on Liberty, "RoadRunner". What makes this so special is that it is an AUDITION copy in MONO! This is ENORMOUSLY RARE! The cover is in great shape, with only typical edge, shelf and ring wear from an almost 50 years old, and some writing on the back along the set list, plus a minor split starting top and bottom. The vinyl comes in original Liberty Records sleeve and has several light marks, but it plays well and SOUNDS GREAT! This southern bands first album, Roadrunner, supposedly featured Duane Allman playing organ on "House of the Rising Sun" (though it is most likely they meant his brother, Gregg Allman, however). Please see all photos before bidding, and be sure to check out our other rare, unusual, or classic vinyl etc. Thanks for looking!
