Description
The Fool - s/t
The Fool were a Dutch collective of visual artists who were involved in all sorts including: design exterior of the Beatles' Apple boutique in Baker street / a handpainted Rolls Royce and piano for John Lennon / Patti Boyd Harrison Clapton (Layla) fashion clothing / album cover designs for the Incredible string band, the Move and the Hollies. The album is produced by Graham Nash.
Classic slice of hippy era, "The Fool" were the designers of the Beatle's Sgt Pepper's red and white inner.
Unlike the US pressing, the Uk pressing comes in a laminated gatefold sleeve providing extra artwork - see pictures.
Original 1969 UK LP on black label Mercury 20138 stereo.
