SING FOR YOU

Here's a rare one for you, the much sought-after album 'The 5 Royales Sing For You' from King Records. Released in 1959, this is one great album, and this ORIGINAL PRESSING will be a nice addition to your collection.

The 5 Royales had a strong list of hits from 1953-'54 with titles like "Baby Don't Do It," "Help Me Somebody," "Too Much Lovin'" and I Do." All this while on Apollo Records. They moved over to King and hit twice more with "Think" (a song covered by James Brown and Aretha Franklin) as well as "Tears Of Joy."

These later sides have some pretty cool guitar work from Lowman Pauling, who wrote many of the tunes. Check out "The Slummer The Slum."
