You’re looking at an original 1978 UK copy of It’s The New Thing/Various Times, the debut single by The Fall released on the Step Forward record label. Both the vinyl and the record sleeve are in very good condition.

The Fall were early pioneers of the Manchester post-punk sound and the A side of this 45 was perhaps a bit “punkier” than their slightly later recordings, while the weird & wonderful B side was a sign of things to come. A great band, a great record!
