THE EVENT "MERVYN GUY"/"SCRATCHIN' MA HEAD" (GERMAN METRONOME M 25007  1967)

Semi unkown killer blued eyed soul dancer by this rare group who may  have only released in Germany as far as i know but were they german? I can't  confirm where they came from but i'd swear they were english, (positively another english group who looked for the fortune abroad) but what i'm sure about , indeed is that they sound totally  british.. "Scratchin' .." is a cool midtempo soul dancer with great hammond work highly regarded by whose they know it. I can say this is one of the smartest track i've ever heard. Forget flip!!! a tough to find, indeed
