This listing is for the Rare original vinyl record The Escorts - Bring Down The House original Mono #LPM 5000 in Excellent Condition. Released in 1966 by T.E.O. Records, this album is still in the original shrink wrap. The cover sleeve is in Excellent condition. The record has been play tested and appears to be in Excellent condition as well, although a very conservative grading of VG+ is possible. There are a few very light small surface scratches that can only be seen at a certain angle and they have no impact on sound quality. Please See Pictures for more details as that is the exact item that you will receive. No international returns accepted.
