The records look wonderful even under intense light. When I look at them with a LED flashlight I can't see any scratches, not even dust scratches. Most LP's don't hold up to this kind of scrutiny.
There is some crackling when I set the needle down on the dead wax at the beginning of side one. Under a magnifying glass I can see some really tiny little white spots that look like little comets. I don't know what they are but they might clean off if given enough attention. The crackling goes about 8 seconds into the solo guitar at the beginning of the album and disappears as soon as the band kicks in. I tend to play at a louder volume than most people would so it may not even be as noticeable to other people. It is quickly forgotten when the music starts in ernest, but I wanted to mention it for full disclosure.
The jacket is excellent with no splits, bends or stickers.
It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI-27 Typhoon record cleaning machine, and then again on a KL Audio Ultrasonic record cleaning machine.

Amazing sound !!!
This is one of those albums that I will be happy to keep if it doesn't sell.
