Front of cover neatly signed in black marker by Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh and T.B.Schmid.
The textured cover is in excellent condition with just a couple of minor scuffs on the edges or corners.
The original inner sleeve is also in excellent condition.
The vinyl is very near mint.
