  CONDITION: VINYL EXCELLENT+++ The unwarped vinyl is clean, bright and only lightly scuffed on the A Side. The B Side has a few clear but practically inaudible light surface marks. The sound quality on both sides is beautifully clear with no distortion and no intrusive surface noise. AMAZING! LABEL VERY GOOD- The three-prong tri-centre is strong and complete, although there is a clear surface blemish on the B Side. The grooved matt black labels have a white PX Stores 65 cents price sticker on the A Side covering the catalogue number but are otherwise clean and unmarked with pristine silver printing. SLEEVE EXCELLENT The blue and white lined London company die-cut paper sleeve has some light creasing but suffers from no folds, splits, tears or stains. There is a 1.5cm '6/72H' written on the rear of the sleeve in blue biro.

This is part of a larger collection of 1950s London singles that I currently have in stock in my shop in Farnham, and I am offering the more interesting copies for auction on eBay. The condition is generally excellent throughout. The singles were first purchased from an American Armed Forces PX Store by a GI stationed in the UK during the late fifties; in fact many copies still bear the original PX Stores 65 cents price stickers on their labels. 

These singles were then given to the brother of an English girl from Brentford that the GI was "stepping out" with, mainly he suspects as a bribe for him to go upstairs to his bedroom and play them, rather than chaperone his big sister in the front room! The good news for us though is that the lad was more interested in football than rock'n'roll, so the records weren't played too much at the time. Hurrah for football!

Payment may only be made in UK £ Sterling: I accept PayPal, UK personal cheques (with bank guarantee card details) and most credit/debit cards. I cannot accept cash payments unless they are offered in person upon collection or delivery.

I am always happy to receive any wants-lists, but file them carefully on little bits of paper under slightly larger bits of paper that aren't always quite where they should be. I will guarantee to find what you want within minutes of you a) finding it elsewhere, b) deciding you can live without Venezuelan Death Metal after all, or c) losing the will to live.

Despite that, all my vinyl is strictly graded using the Record Collector RRPG system, and all goods are properly protected and posted in strong, new Covers 33 packaging. Please recycle the packing cardboard if possible - it might just offset the damage done when the item was originally manufactured. Alternatively, throw it away and set fire to a couple of tyres.

Certificates of Posting are obtained for all dispatched items without exception.
