TITLE/ARTIST: Please continue to check out all current and future listings on this site as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale in my auctions - from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all "oldies" in great condition! Here is another highly collectible LP by the "The Drifters", from 1958 and on the original, red and purple Atlantic Label - and is another album which is in super good overall condition - especially the vinyl. As mentioned, the album is on the original Atlantic Label and is entitled "Save The Last Dance For Me" - just their 3rd release - and it includes 12 great songs - including the hit title song and others - all in MONO and all in near mint condition (especially the label and vinyl). In addition to all this, it even comes with a very clean Atlantic Records' inner sleeve which lists LPs by other Atlantic artist's from this period in time. I have listed - and will continue to list - many other LP's, EP's and 45's in the weeks and months ahead, so please bookmark my site and check everything out from time to time. Thank you in advance! LABEL INFO: This original, red and purple Atlantic Label (8059) is nearly perfect with no issues at all - I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me that it had very little play time - if any at all. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is also super shiny, clean, and nice with again, nothing in need of a mention at all. In my opinion, the vinyl looks about as nice as the day it was 1st purchased!!. JACKET INFO: Finally, this jacket is also very nice overall shape, but isn't as perfect as the label and vinyl. There are some small scuff marks in the two bottom corners, a small rip/tear on the backside bottom corners (pictured above), and a previous owner's name printed ever so lightly in the top corner of the backside only. But other than these fairly minor flaws, the jacket is just fine - most notably, the all important front side, which is near perfect.  INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion this LP is in excellent overall shape, especially for it's age and for what it is to collector's. In addition, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and some C&W LPs/45's, too----so please continue to check out my site. As I have already mentioned, I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 1000's more to get to yet -- of all genre's and varieties.
