Description
The Doors-"Waiting For The Sun"--Elektra EKS 74024 original tan/gold label. This is a 1968 Allentown pressing with the original unipak sleeve. Etched in the dead wax ARC 7-12-68 EKS 74024-A-AL on side one. The cover is VG+, shows no ringwear, just slight corner wear. See pictures. It has the original Elektra inner sleeve with no splits. We have cleaned the record using a MK2 Spin Clean record cleaner and distilled water. We have play tested both sides of the record here in the Iconikrock basement using an Audio Techinica ATLP120XUSB turntable and it played through very well with no skips and very minimal background noise between some songs. It was pressed in 1968 and has had previous owners. But luckily it was cared for during its previous life. The vinyl is clean glossy and we rate is VG+, see pictures. The record label is clean with no writing or names on it. (Same with the cover.) The spine is strong and readable, see pictures. We have placed the record in a new black paper inner sleeve for protection and placed the cover in a new vinyl outer sleeve, We will ship the record securely packed in a cardboard record mailer using USPS media mail rates. If you buy it play it as often as possible, enjoy it for what it is and maybe pass it on to another. Thanks for viewing our post!
