Description

THE DOORS - STRANGE DAYS (1968 UK) RED ELEKTRA LABEL 12" VINYL.


Possibly a first press cover with the  address on rear sleeve in white box.


Cover has general storage / shelf wear, no major damage or issues. Vinyl has alot of hairline marks but plays fine without any jumps or skips.


Matrix / Runout (A-side var.1 (stamped)): EKS 74014 A1

Matrix / Runout (B-side var.1 (stamped)): EKS 74014 B1


UK stereo repressing circa 1968, with red labels and black text.

Similar to release 4516168, except for the following:

1. Inner sleeve is plain.

2. Cat labels on both front and back of sleeve and on disc labels all specify Stereo.

3. On left hand side of label are the words 'Copyright Control 1967'.

4. The Doors famous logo replaces standard text of the name of the group on the disc labels.

5. The panel at the bottom of the rear of the sleeve is blank.
