THE DOORS - SELF TITLED LP
Catalogue number: Elektra EKL 4007
Extremely rare very 1st US Monarch MONO pressing with the uncensored version of "The End";
On side A label Alabama Songs (Whiskey bar) has "Witmark" credit (later pressings has "Harms & Co" credit)
Break on through (to the other side) is misprinted on label as Break on through (to the oher side)
Included is the original Elektra inner torn on one side (see pictures)
Vinyl has some scratches but plays really well except for a brief skip on A1 track and some pops on B5 track, please bear in mind this before bidding (no returns accepted)
This is the so called "uncensored" MONO version due to a series of loud "f**k" yelps during the climax of The End at the closing minute or minute and half before the song's ending. This segment wasn't audible or available on later and stereo versions
