This is an original first A1/B1 pressing of this rare 1967 album release from The Deviants, released as a private pressing on the Underground Impresarios Record Labels. Ptooff! was released in 1967 and 8,000 copies were sold on their own Impresario label via Mail Order through the UK Underground Press, such as Oz and International Times Magazine, and comes in a very colourful unique fold-out picture sleeve.
Catalogue No. IMP 1. Side 1 matrix, IMPS 001 A-1. Side 2 matrix, IMPS 001 B-1.
The LP plays without faults through all tracks with a beautiful sound quality without clicks, pops, skips or background noise.
Both record labels are Near Mint condition with just a couple of play signs around the centre of each with all text clear and unfaded.
The quality vinyl LP surfaces are also in Near Mint condition a very well cared for LP without scratches or scuffs and at most just a few very light bag removal hairlines.
The picture sleeve folds out into a double sided giant poster and is in beautiful Excellent Plus condition, the colours are still very vivid, rich and bright with the centre poster section in Near Mint condition, there are no tears no splits to the edges and all the folds are perfect without splits and with just a small repair on the top edge on the inside and a couple of mild corner bumps.
