The Daze - I Wanna Be a Star b/w At The Seaside (1979)
Mega rare KBD Punk/Powerpop single released in 1979 on the obscure Motor City Rhythm label. This one gets 4.5 stars out of 5 for collectability in Mario Panciera's 45 Revolutions book.
Little is known about this power trio from the Midlands, and this single has only ever cropped up a few times in the last 30 years. It's on many people's Wants lists, so this is a rare chance to add this gem to your collection.
This looks to be unplayed and comes in the original generic paper sleeve, as there was never a picture sleeve with this release. It's in as good a condition as it's possible to be. I don't like using the term Mint, but this gives an idea of how great the condition of this item is. The labels on both sides are perfect, and there are no sticker marks or tears. Overall condition is absolutely superb.
