Description
A great opportunity to buy a copy of a RARE 7 inch VINYL single from the 70s by The Damned called "New Rose".
This is a U.K. FIRST pressing released in 1976 on the Stiff Records label (BUY 6) with "Help" on the B-side.
The vinyl is in a clean and shiny EXCELLENT condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there is little to indicate it has ever previously been played. I have played both sides and they play fine and sound great.
The labels are clean and free from any stickers, writing or major defects.
The matrix numbers are BUY 6 A-1U and BUY 6 B-1U. Also, in the dead wax are "Is this a record" and "A Bilbo Boppa" (A-side) and "Damned Beatles" and "Bilbo Master Room" (B-side). This confirms it as a FIRST PRESSING copy.
The vinyl is housed within a picture sleeve in a GOOD condition, with some minor creasing and wear along the edges and with very slight seam splits in 3 places. There is "Plug Copy" printed on the back cover, along with "Delga" credit.
This is a rare and collectable original Punk single and should be of interest to avid collectors.
