First off, I am not a record salesman nor am I an expert record grader.  I am a collector and I know when a record is in excellent shape and this one is.  I played it through and it sounds great.  I would rate the vinyl itself as Excellent with a nice gloss and only one small hairline scratch on track 4 that doesn't affect play.  There is a little bit of surface noise here and there that would benefit from a nice cleaning.
The cover is very respectable. It has some surface wear, a few scuffs along the edges, and the light outline of a ring on the reverse of the gatefold .  The sleeve holding the album is original with a few pencilled stars by tracks the former owner must have really liked.  I would rate the cover VG++.
You won't be disappointed, but if for some reason you are, I will refund your money.
