This really is a wonderful item for Cure collectors, i've actually had it in in my own collection for years but am moving it on now as i have a copy of "Seventeen Seconds" with a signed sleeve (not for sale!) so this is a bit of a luxury perhaps!
An original UK 1st press "Seventeen Seconds" LP in textured sleeve and still in it's (opened) shrinkwrapping from 1980! on it's own this is increasingly tough now, especially as it is in excellent shape and has original inner bag. It was bought as part of a small Cure / Siouxsie / Bunnymen collection years ago- and the autographed insert I found inside the sleeve. The photos here make it look a bit grubby- i've since put the LP into a clear "blake" sleeve to protect it and has all sorts of reflections going on in these pics! in reality the LP is just beautiful, the insert IS a bit grubby, but is fully intact, has a pencil "The Cure 1980" in the top left corner. As you'll see from the close up picture 2 it is signed by the correct line up from the period including Matthieu which doesn't turn up often.
Absolutely killer item- i'm not giving it away at this price, and hope it's fair- more than happy to keep if unsold! i have put offers but would need to be close to the buy it now price in all honesty....
