I use the Goldmine Record Grading standard, and since I have no means of playback, I will give a detailed description, and undergrade, rather than overgrade. My intention is to make certain that if anything, the buyer is either satisfied, or pleasantly surprised that the record is in slightly better condition than my grade described it to be.
I ship all vinyl inside boxes specifically made to hold albums. Each box can hold between 1 and 4 albums securely.

All 3 discs seem to have received somewhat equal usage and playtime. They're definitely in VG condition, and any one of them may, or may not, qualify for VG+. It's actually kind of difficult to assign one grade to 3 discs collectively. They've all been played multiple times as is evident from the wear that is visible on the center holes of all 3 discs. I can even say which sides have been played more by the direction the edge around the center hole is going from being placed on the spindle more times in one direction than in the other. The wear that is visible on all 3 discs is light, and the original owner obviously attempted to take care of his collection. This was kept inside a plastic record protector sleeve along with the "Give Em Enough Rope" album. So there are some light scratches, none of which are severe enough to affect playback in my opinion. There are also some scuff marks that look like they may be able to removed by a record cleaning machine, but naturally I'm not guaranteeing that. Two of the albums have, what appears to be, some kind of scuff mark or stain along the edge of the album. It doesn't look like it will affect the playing of the album, and, with much difficulty, I managed to get a photo of one of these marks, see the very last photo in the group.

The cover looks like it's mildly discolored around the white border that runs along all four edges, but is in otherwise very good condition. The back cover has a very small arc of ring wear on the top, and some wear along the sides and edges.

The dust covers all appear to be original, are identical, and are in good condition with no rips, tears, or split seams. All three do have some creases, and wrinkles, and are solid with no center hole to expose the albums label.

The poster is in near mint condition. It's called "The Armagideon Times no.3" and unfolds to a 33" x 22" 6 panel poster that has the lyrics for all the songs, credits, and some small cartoon captions.
It moat definitely has not been unfolded many times since it is not ripped along any of the folds, has not split on any of the cross seams where it folds in both directions, and has no creases, small holes, or frayed edges. It's very very mildly discolored along the top of what is the dront page of the poster when its folded.
