THE CLASH - LONDON CALLING, This copy a 1980 US PRESSING on the EPIC LABEL CAT# E236328.  This is an incredible copy, release on the 10th day of 1980 (The same day that Elvis recorded his debut LP in 1956).  US vinyl collectors had to wait while the UK and other international pressings were distributed.  In the US the cassette version was released in Dec '79.  It was worth the wait, and it was obvious that the band intended to release this on the date that Elvis recorded his debut, the first million selling album in Rock.  Most early pressings had the cover sticker that read:  "THIS ALBUM INCLUDES LYRIC CONTENT WHICH MAY BE OFFENSIVE TO SOME MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC" This copy sports the much cooler bold and large hype sticker : THE CLASH! SPECIALLY PRICED 2 RECORD SET - 18 NEW SONGS FROM THE ONLY BAND THAT MATTERS.  It also has an OG store price code sticker, DD.  This copy is STILL IN FACTORY SHRINK, and NEAR MINT.   This pressing was also used as the promotion copy, with some copies in this run getting an embodied cold foil pressed to the top back left that said FOR PROMOTION ONLY.   This copy does not have that.  
COVER- The cover mimics and mocks Elvis Presley's debut LP1254, the first million selling album in rock, and basically the George Washington of records in Rock.  It's audacious attitude was a slap at Rock.  While Elvis embraced the guitar, the instrument that would become the dominant instrument in the genre, the clash here are smashing it.. on each side of this LP there is etched one word on each side "TEAR DOWN THE WALLS".   And that's what they were attempting to do to Rock.  They may not have been the most hard core punk band, but here, they had the attitude.   
This is an incredible copy.  The cover is 100% pristine and perfect.  If the record wasn't open it would be Mint.  Still in factory shrink, and with a gorgeous hype sticker, there is no sign of age or wear of any sort here.  It's not the copy that a young punk bought, because I've seen those copies.

VINYL- Is beautiful. A great copy that has seen almost no play
OG INNERS are in great shape, but at the openings, each has a small bend.
