This is a VERY RARE PROMO ONLY PACKAGE for THE CLASH 1978 album " Give 'Em Enough Rope".
This was only made in a small quantity of 100 copies and was only given to the people who went to the album launch party, most people do not even know that this package exist, A UNIQUE TRUE PUNK / CLASH MEMORABILIA YOU WILL NOT SEE AGAIN, forget the SEX PISTOLS ON A&M, THIS PROMO ONLY PACKAGE IS MUCH RARER !!!
This is the only copy of this package I have seen in 31 years, and never saw another, and the best thing is THIS PACKAGE IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION, NEVER TAKEN OUT, OR PLAYED !!!
The package includes:
THICK PLASTIC COVER with THE CLASH printed in red on it - this is in VG++ condition (only because of slight shrinking).
A YELLOW FOLD OVER COVER with band biog and discography on the inside in EX+ condition.
A COPY OF THE ALBUM on vinyl with a GOLD PROMO STAMP ON THE BACK COVER - VINYL is MINT (UNPLAYED), SLEEVE IS EX++ (small initials on back).
A MASSIVE DOUBLE SIDED PROMO ONLY POSTER WITH PHOTO ON ONE SIDE and BAND PROPAGANDA on the other - IN MINT- condition (folded as was originally) .
A BLACK & WHITE PROMO PHOTO OF THE CLASH in MINT- condition.

The album came out on CBS RECORDS, catalogue number 82431.
