THE VINYL IS IN VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION
THE SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH SPLITS AT THE TOP & BOTTOM EDGES (6 INCHES ON THE TOP & 2 INCHES ON THE BOTTOM)
