Description

THE CARAVANS -- Old Time Religion -- ex. rare, original late 1950's U.S. album.  Tremendous Gospel-R&B LP from this seminal group featuring the great Albertina Walker and James Cleveland.  This first pressing, on the tiny Sharp label out of Newark, N.J., is extremely hard to come by and only rarely comes up for sale in any condition.  See photo for track list.  Cover:  VG-, 3" separation at middle of spine, 1" abrasion/tear at middle right opening edge, ring wear and wear at corners.  Record:  Good, moderate surface marks and scuffs, heavier on Side One, wear on Side One label around spindle hole, on Sharp label, U.S. press.
