Description

A very influential album and important part of Country Rock history.  When Gram Parsons joined the Byrds, the band made a major change to Country Rock and influenced many other bands.  Originally released in 1968, "Sweetheart of the Rodeo" is considered by many to be the first Country Rock album.  This is a Terre Haute reissue from the early 1970's.
The record is excellent; it looks beautiful and plays perfectly.  The outer sleeve is Very Good ++ showing minimal ring wear.  The greatest flaw is the lower left corner (see photos).
This record is from my personal collection; I bought it new.  It was always stored vertically.  It was only played with a Thorens TD 165 turntable and Ortofon cartridges.
