The Boys original U.K. 7" single featuring It Ain't Fair b/w I Want You released in 1964 on the Pye label 7N.15726
Description :
Rare and very hard to find single. Classic beat.
The Boys were a Kentish Town outfit formed in 1963 who evolved into The Action after recording this highly collectable single on Pye the following year.
They changed their name to The Action after Peter Watson joined them as an additional guitarist in 1965. The original members were Reg King (lead Vocals), Alan 'Bam' King (lead guitar, Vocals), Mike "Ace" Evans (bass guitar, Vocals) and Roger Powell (drums).
The Action were part of the mod subculture, and played soul influenced pop music.

The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition with just a couple light surface marks.
