MMC. 14008 on Mercury Records label. 1958 THE BIG BOPPER album "Chantilly Lace". Tracks are: Chantilly Lace, Pink Petticoats, The Clock, Walking Through My Dreams, Someone Watching Over You, Old Maid, Big Bopper's Wedding, Little Red Riding Hood, Preacher And The Bear, It's The Truth Ruth, White Lightning, Strange Kisses.
Matrix numbers are: MG 20402 A-2N and MG 20402 B-1N.
This terrific and very rare album is in superb excellent condition. The vinyl shines absolutely beautifully and has just an exceedingly small amount of the very faintest lightest wispy hairline paper marks that are visible under strong light. These really are extremely light. Not a scratch in sight. The labels show just a handful of small barely visible spindle marks and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. The labels are beautifully clean and have no writing or marks at all. Just one very small round yellow sticker on side 1.
THIS ALBUM PLAYS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFULLY WITH NO BACKGROUND NOISE AND NO CLICKS POPS OR SKIPS
The fully laminated flip back cover has no rips, splits or tears except for a surface paper tear on the back top flap on the right hand side where a small piece of the laminate and top layer of paper have gone. No crushing to the spine. just a couple of really tiny scuffs near the bottom. No laminate lifting or peeling and no nasty handling marks. Just very light wear only but really nothing bad at all. This is a thin cover and is really nice.
Great very rare album, when did you ever see one of these let alone in this condition.

I MAKE NO MONEY FROM MY POSTAL CHARGES. I pack with strong card and the records are taken out of their sleeves and placed in polythene record covers. If more than three LP’s are bought, these will automatically be sent in a strong cruciform box.
I go to the post office every two days but please allow at least 10 days before asking where your parcel is. It will have been sent but I am unable to say how long Royal Mail will take to deliver.
