Description
THE BEATLES revolver, LP (14 tracks).
Original RARE 2nd pressing UK album, released in 1966 on the PARLOPHONE (yellow/black MONO) record label, catalogue number PMC 7009.
Labels reads “The Gramophone Co. Ltd & Sold in UK”…label text.
The record sleeve is an E. J. Day one, with the original back flip over edges.
The record sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, ultra clean solid and complete, with no rips, no tears, no seem splits, no edge wear, no corner wear, full visible spine print and no major sleeve creases.
The sleeve displays a few minor faults, the back sleeve bottom left hand corner has a very faint ultra light surface only sleeve crease, which looks like a laminate crease.
There is one small front sleeve indent mark, and a faint 6 impression in the laminate to the right of the mono. Sleeve displays a few barely noticeable tiny edge laminate creases.
Even with the few minor faults mentioned above the sleeve is still one of the best I’ve ever seen, it’s ultra clean and looks like it’s just come from the original record shop.
Record comes complete with the original plain white paper record company sleeve, which is in EXCELLENT condition.
The record labels are in MINT condition, with full clear label print and no label damage.
There a just a few tiny light spindle hole marks on both sides showing that the record has been lightly played.
Record playing surfaces are NEAR MINT/MINT in appearance, and they still retain an original full “shoeshine” glossy sheen.
The A-side has only three small/tiny barely visible ultra light surface scuffmarks (only visible if viewed under a strong bright light and tilted at various angle).
The B-side has no visible surface marks and is MINT!
Record play grades EXCELLENT+++ record sound displays no crackles, no clicks, and does not jump.
