An original 1967 photographic artwork transparency sheet for the layout of the Sgt. Pepper album front cover. The sheet measures exactly 355mm by 355mm or, 14 inches by 14 inches. It shows The Beatles dressed in their psychedelic uniforms surrounded by the studio set-build. I have photographed the transparency on a sheet of white card, so the white areas are actually transparent. The red hand-painted areas were added by a technician to block out weaknesses and dense up the black areas when reversed for printing. I am showing this to you in the original condition in which I obtained it, and have stored it untouched for years. This is part of the original artwork that was produced for the album cover before the original release in 1967, exactly 40 years ago this month!
This item is an absolute monster rarity for any Beatle collector. An absolutely awesome piece of original and very rare Beatles memorabilia that would greatly enhance any private collection and look totally stunning if matted, mounted and framed. You may not ever have the opportunity to own this item again. It is completely unique. It is in excellent condition throughout with no cracks, splits, or marks of any kind other than stated above.
