Description
The BEATLES “Yesterday and Today” 1966 (2nd State?) Trunk Cover MONO T2553 4th pressing. This record is in very, very nice condition. The cover shows some wear one corner is split and the name “King” is written on the back cover and on the “A” side of the label. Part of the cover where the EMI logo is located is missing. It looks like a price sticker was removed from that spot. The sleeve is in excellent shape and the vinyl is in VG++ condition. The marks you see in the photos are a reflection of my arm in the shinny vinyl. There is some dust on the vinyl but I am going to leave it to the new owner to clean. I have tried to be conservative in my listing so the record will be better than I described so no one will be disappointed. I have done my best to describe this record accurately but I may have made mistakes and omissions. Please ask lots of question if you need more information. Please see my photo’s as they do a better job of describing the item than I can. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail only. Insurance is MANDATORY!!! UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING THE COVER
I have received some questions about a dark area / triangle near the top right of the trunk. I took the cover out side into direct sun light and holding the cover at an angle to the direct day light my son, my wife and I all saw a dark area / triangle near the top right of the trunk. We can also see what looks like Ringo's knees at the bottom right corner between the trunk and the edge of the cover. We have compared my cover to other know 2nd state covers and the dark areas match.
