This, while not the infamous "Butcher Cover", is a clean, original 1966 monophonic issue.
NOT SURE IF IT IS A FIRST PRESSING- MATRIX NUMBERS ARE (Side 1: T-1-2558-6-18, and Side 2: T2-2553-F-17)
Visually graded condition is VG++ or better, with little to no marks or scratches we could see.  
Vinyl has not been cleaned, and has high gloss.
The sleeve is VG++ shape, with a bit of ring wear / soiling on back, and slight common yellowing.
