Description

The rare and elusive "YESTERDAY AND TODAY" BUTCHER COVER by THE BEATLES. This is the Mono album cover. NO ALBUM INCLUDED. Issued in 1966 and returned to the factory to have a new cover pasted over the butcher photo. Fans tried steaming or peeling the new cover off with varying degrees of success. This one has a bit of a milky haze over the entire image owing to the adhesive this particular factory used to glue the new image down. The entire spine of the cover is blown out/split. The back has lots of writing/doodles/stains in black magic marker. The front would still be a nice image to display or frame. Don't miss out on this piece of Beatles history.
