Description
This item is a mono 2nd state butcher cover copy of The Beatles Yester and Today lp Capitol T 2355. The front cover is in very good shape (see photos) with no tears. The V of Ringo's shirt is clearly visable through the "Trunk cover" (I could not get a photo to show the V, I am a poor photographer). The cover is 1/8 inch shorter than a standard lp cover. I have been told this is an LA pressing and that it is an excellent candidate for a peel job (It sems today the trend is to keep these unpeeled). The back cover has some age spots (see photos). The spine is worn about 2 1/2 inches see photos. The top and bottom of the sleeve have worn about 1 inch from the cover opening. The disc looks good but has been played and has some light scratches, it plays through. In addition side one has had a label attached and removed (not by me) and something has been written on the rainbow swirl (see photos). In all it is a nice copy, not mint but presentable. It is 100% gauranteed to be a 2nd state butcher cover. Inquire about international shipping rates.
