~After much research - some of which was conflicting, I believe this is the rarer Mono 1st pressing. I'll give you the information and you can look at the pictures and make your own mind up.

The sleeve is in really splendid condition with just a little amount of ring wear and smallish feint crease to the left corner. The front and flipbacks are laminated. There are two small yellow marks to the rear and some scuffing to the flip-backs. It has the two red lines above and below the information. Here is the conflicting bit - It does not have the G & L sleeve maker anywhere, the same as others that I have researched. It is also missing a single line of information on the lower right of the bottom flipback. This is a rarer version according to other sites that I've visited. The inner sleeve is black as per issue. This has a small tear at the side. The label is the dark apple logo with the "Sold in the U.K." text. The record weighs about 138 grms. The matrix number is XEX 716 with GR stamped on side 1.

The condition of the record is stunning. It has a really good sheen and NO visible scratches or marks. I have played both sides and side 1 is superb with just a little noise to the start. Side 2 has some background noise and there is some light crackle in the background in the quieter moments. Note - although I have a "good" system with a good cartridge, your system will differ in response. Overall, this record is in superb shape and one not to miss. I grade it EX+/EX. There is NO RESERVE and will go to the highest bidder. As I say, I am no expert and the conflicting information out there is amazing - certainly I've found the same L.P. with the same sleeve - in worse condition for $650! Make your own minds up and get your bids in on one of the best condition Beatles LPs I've seen in a while.
