This is the UK 2nd press of 'With The Beatles' by The Beatles. This is press is complete with the yellow & black Parlophone label, 'Parlophone Co' rim text and 'Recording First Published' label text. It comes complete with the original Emitex inner sleeve and the original Garrod & Lofthouse 'Patents Pending' laminated flipback sleeve.
The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl has a sensational high gloss with a few very light hairlines, a couple of light marks on both sides. The record sits completely flat on the turntable. On playing the sound is vibrant, rich and very clear with just very light background noise. The yellow and black Parlophone label is completely clean. The black is bold, the yellow is bright and the silver text is sharp. There is some spindle wear. The record is complete with its original Emitex polylined inner sleeve.
The Garrod & Lofthouse earliest 'Patents Pending' laminated flipback sleeve is in Very Good condition. The black is superb, the white is bright and the laminate has a stunning shine. There is just a little wear to the opening edge and some spine wear. The unlaminated back cover is bright and the flipbacks are intact and completely sealed. There is a little discolouration. The whole cover is solid and the edges are firm.
